"The Beaver" on Queen W (at Gladstone Avenue) has a monthly event called "Hot Nuts".  Come in some sort of costume and get in for FREE.  No theme, just express yourself.  It's the closest thing to Halloween that I've ever been to.  Cool tunes & progressive people.  Every last Saturday of the month.
